The Middendorf-Kredell Branch Library on Highway K in O'Fallon, MO is home to "Your Healthy Answerplace", a Consumer Health Information Resource, the first of it's kind in the state. Offering a specialty health pamphlet collection with over 700+ titles, in addition to medical databases, magazines, newsletters, medical reference books and personalized research assistance, this new service empowers library users to make the best health decisions for themselves and their families."Your Healthy Answerplace" takes the committment a step further by providing library resources along with health literacy programming presented by local health care professionals. Sponsored by ProgressWest Health Care Center and Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital, health lectures and screenings are held at the library providing access to both research professionals and medical experts, creating a dynamic and interactive Consumer Health Information Resource.
